Overview

We offer a 15 days return policy for all unused and unopened products. Customers may return items for a full refund within 15 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that return policy does not apply on all products that get in contact with food or skin for safety and hygiene reasons. All kitchen and personal care products are non-returnable.

Refunds

We provide a full refund for any defected or damaged product upon receipt.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will contact you to arrange the refund, which can be processed through InstaPay, bank transfer, or any digital wallet of your choice within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: elbadeeleeg@gmail.com.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We will provide return costs to the customer after receiving address and depending on items size.
